The thing I love most about being able to attend so many weddings (both as a guest and as a photographer) is all of the detail, large and small, that goes into making a ceremony and reception truly personal to each individual couple. From rustic touches that grace an upscale barn wedding to simplistic and chic elements that make a garden wedding lovely and sophisticated, the details reflect the style and personality of the couple. When deciding on how many hours to book when it comes to a photographer, make sure you schedule time in for all of those special touches to be photographed. You worked hard on them, after all!

When looking back at your wedding photos, it should feel like you’re experiencing the whole day all over again, just from a different perspective. When you allow time for all of the precious elements that make up your wedding day to be photographed, it will allow you to be transported back to that beautiful day full of family, friends and forever love every time you see your photos.
