I have a M-F job as a project manager at a web design and marketing firm (shoutout @webstratteam) and because of that, Emily of @butler.abode is the person I spend the most time with during the week. I love it and was so excited/nervous to do this session with them.

She and her husband wanted photos for their fifth wedding anniversary and she and I decided that this session needed something extra special. So we took to the road and headed to @shenandoahnationalpark. Read about our adventure and see their gorgeous photos on the blog today. Link in bio.

Burnout is REAL, especially during wedding season. So from one burned out gal to anyone else feeling the same way, IT’S OK. Keep going, give yourself a lot of grace, and STOP when you need to. Rest is not laziness; it’s necessary!

Take a nap, boo! Binge watch Bridgerton for the fourth time. Float down a river. Make yourself an actual dinner and sit down to eat it. TREAT YO’SELF.
We all deserve it!
